Third, you can wipe down the tray and guides of your bread slicers. Now you can use a damp cloth but not wet cloth, to wipe off the tray and knife guides of the bread slicer machine. This step is important to prevent water spotting and rust.

Finally you can dry the bread slicer by using a soft, absorbent towel. You can place the bread slicer in a standing for drying. You need to reassemble the knife guides of your slicing machine if you took it out earlier.
